30-Day Test Ride

We want you to love your bike. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus return shipping).

Conditions

• The bike must be in like-new condition with no mechanical or cosmetic damage.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase from Innovationswear.com is required.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@innovationswear.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
